Hubdovan Meteorology and Volcanism Organization, La Ardu, Hubdovan Archipelago Territories: The storm of the decade is expected through Hubdova this weekend bringing heavy snow to many parts of the country, and heavy rain to some of the southeastern portions of the country. Almost all subdistricts in Hubdova are to be impacted by this storm. The last storm of this size happened back on the 17th of December, 2009, when seven feet of snow and ice fell in many parts of the country, causing power grid failures, bursting water pipes, and downed trees everywhere. That storm caused an estimated ~⳩800 billion worth of damages, notably in the cities of Vilberg and Okstead, where the power grid was knocked out for about ten days. Since then, the government has poured about ~⳩200 billion into the protection against another catastrophe like that past one. That work is to be put to the test with this storm bringing up to nine feet of snow and ice to the highest impacted areas. Along with this heavy snow, the remnants of this system will travel south across the Gulf of Hubdova and clip the tropical regions of southern Omattäs and eastern Toclariä. By then, the storm will have warmed up and will bring torrential downpours along these areas, before it moves, weakened, into our neighbour to the south: Eudaschia.
