HNS Toclariä Given “Puppet” Status

Parliamentary Assembly, Arcadia: The Parliamentary Assembly passed the “Increased Toclariän Autonomy Act” to go to Prime Minister Heikkinen for signing to be put into effect. This bill gives the national district of Toclariä the distinction of “puppet”, meaning that it has all of the freedoms of a national district, with the included benefits of having their own parliament, which in turn, allows them to make their own laws, as long as they comply with national laws. Along with this, they are allowed to have an increased armament of HSDF services for defence purposes.

Prime Minister Kristofer Heikkinen has publicly stated that he supports this bill. It is expected to be put into effect later this week.
