Implementation of the Hubdovan Presidency

ARCADIA – Prime Minister Kristofer Heikkinen has just announced that, after fierce debate in the Parliamentary Assembly, he will be instating a Hubdovan President, something that has been long suspected of happening. The first Hubdovan president is set to be the former mayor of Nesmour and a member of the Hubdovan Parliament: Hanna Järvi (PSP). The purpose of the new president is to work alongside the Prime Minister in diplomatic events and to be the government’s face in talking to the people of Hubdova. Wherever the Prime Minister goes, the President is required to go along with him/her to act as a second hand in negotiations.
